Free Shipping
- Janki offers free shipping on select products. Look for the “Free Shipping” label on eligible items during your shopping experience. Please note that free shipping may not apply to all locations or product categories.
Delivery Options
- Same-Day Delivery: If you place your order before 2 PM, we are pleased to offer same-day delivery in select areas. To ensure eligibility for same-day delivery, please check our service area during the checkout process.
- Next-Day Delivery: For orders placed after the cutoff time or for areas outside our same-day delivery zone, we offer next-day delivery. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Local Pickup
- For your convenience, Janki also offers a local pickup option. You can select this option at checkout and collect your order from our nearest store location. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification. Local pickup is available during our regular store hours.
Open Box Deliveries
- All deliveries from Janki are conducted as open box deliveries. This allows you to inspect your items upon arrival to ensure they meet your expectations. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately.
- Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, weight, and delivery location. Eligible products for free shipping will be marked accordingly at checkout. For products that do not qualify for free shipping, you will see the shipping cost calculated at checkout.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak shopping seasons or holidays.
- While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, please be aware that shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or supply chain issues.
