Overview: If you need a copy of your receipt, whether for returns, warranty purposes, or personal records, Janki makes it easy to access and retrieve your receipts.
How to Get a Receipt Copy:
Online Access:
- Log in to your Janki account on our website.
- Go to the Order History section.
- Find the order you need a receipt for and click on Download Receipt.
- You can save or print the receipt from there.
Email:
- If you can’t access your receipt online, you can request it by contacting our customer support team at sujeet@myjanki.com. Include your order number, and we’ll email you a copy.
In-Store:
- If you made a purchase in-store and lost your receipt, visit the store with your order details (e.g., transaction date and items purchased). Our staff will assist you in retrieving a copy.
Note: Receipts are available for orders made within the last 30 days. For older receipts, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
