At Janki, we aim to make the refund process as simple and transparent as possible. If you qualify for a refund due to a cancellation, a returned product, or any other approved issue, here’s how the refund process works.
Refund Process and Timeline
Once your refund request has been approved, here’s what to expect:
Refund to Original Payment Method:
- Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on the payment method, processing times may vary.
- Timeline: Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition. For items canceled before shipment, the refund is initiated immediately upon cancellation approval.
Store Credit Option:
- If preferred, we can issue your refund as store credit, which can be applied to future purchases on Janki.
- How to Request: To opt for store credit, please let our support team know at the time of your refund request.
Refund Methods
Depending on the payment method used, here’s how the refund will be processed:
Credit or Debit Card: Refunds to credit or debit cards may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
Net Banking or UPI: For net banking and UPI transactions, refunds generally take 3-5 business days.
Wallet or Store Credit: If you used Janki store credit or an e-wallet balance, the refund will be credited back to your Janki account as store credit, available immediately upon refund approval.
Tracking Your Refund
Confirmation Email: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated, including an estimated timeline.
Order History: Log in to your Janki account and go to “Order History.” You can check the status of your refund here under the specific order details.
