How to Track Your Order:
Tracking via Email:
- After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
- Click on the link to view the real-time status of your package.
Track through Your Janki Account:
- Log in to your Janki account on our website.
- Go to the Order History section and find the specific order you want to track.
- Click on the Track Order link to view the latest updates on your shipment.
Carrier’s Website:
- You can also track your order directly on the shipping carrier’s website by entering the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
- Carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS allow you to check your package’s status, including estimated delivery time, any delays, or delivery attempts.
Tracking Details You’ll See:
- Current Location: Where your package is currently located.
- Estimated Delivery Date: When your package is expected to arrive.
- Delivery Progress: Updates on any transit or delivery delays, if applicable.
What to Do if Your Package is Delayed or Lost:
- If your tracking status shows no movement for a few days or you have any concerns about a delay, contact the shipping carrier directly.
